Gate
Chadwick Shores is a gated community that closes its gates at 7 pm and reopens them at 5:30 am. Residents must obtain a code or a remote access to enter.
Gate Sign
The HOA board of directors utilizes the front gate sign to provide information to residents, such as board meeting dates, community events, and national holidays such as Memorial and Veterans Days. Residents may have the opportunity to post messages on the gate sign about events that are important to them, such as the return of a deployed service member, or a child’s birthday. Waterfront Park
Chadwick Shores Waterfront Park features a dock that residents and their guests can use for fishing, launching kayaks and paddleboards, or simply enjoying the water view of Chadwick Bay. Has picnic tables, a covered gazebo, bike racks, tree swings, and two grills. There is a port-a-potty on site for your convenience, as well as trash receptacles. There is limited parking at this location.
Caution! Alligators have been spotted in the water near the community dock. Please respect the wildlife in our community and obey posted warnings for your safety.
Playground
Chadwick Shores has a playground for younger kids and an open space with soccer and volleyball nets. This park also has bike racks, picnic tables, a grill, and a covered gazebo with access to electric. There is a port-a-potty and trash receptacles on site for your convenience.

Rules
These amenities are for the use of residents and their guests only. Both gazebos can be reserved by the residents for private events. Parks are open from one hour prior to sunrise and close one hour after sunset. No fires. No Fireworks or explosives. No Alcoholic beverages. No Illegal substances or activities.

Little Library
Although not officially sponsored by the HOA, the Board is thrilled to share the take-a-book, leave-a-book little library located on Dale Dr. between Shellbank Dr. and the low-numbered side of Chadwick Shores Dr.
A private family cemetery, bordered by a white fence, is located adjacent to the playground area. Residents are not permitted inside the cemetery fence, nor should they attempt to climb the fence. The board requests that residents respect the sanctity of the cemetery.
