The HOA’s Role in Chadwick Shores

The HOA’s purpose is to maintain the common areas and preserve property values for all homeowners. In a waterfront community like ours, that includes practical responsibilities that may not be exciting, but are essential.


Because Chadwick Shores is surrounded by water, the Board is tasked with helping ensure that drainage remains appropriate and that roads are properly maintained. These items are a key part of protecting our homes during storms and ensuring we can safely access the neighborhood year-round.
