2020 Ballots
Dear Chadwick Shores Residents,
The ballots for electing the two new board members should be returned per the following instructions. Please add your name, address, and signature to the ballot at the bottom of the page.
We ask that you please return the ballot, voting for two of the three board nominees, by December 1st. A minimum of 10% of the total number of lots/owners, which constitutes a quorum, will need to return ballots in order for the board elections to be official. There is no proxy voting this year. A brief bio of each Nominee is included in the mailer that you received.
The ballots can be mailed to the P.O. Box below, emailed to admin@premiermanagementnc.com, or faxed to the number below. We thank those of you who planned on attending the meeting and look forward to announcing the new Board of Directors for Chadwick Shores HOA once the ballots have been tabulated. If you have not received your mailer, please contact the management company as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
