Chadwick Shores Homeowners Association

About The Association

Chadwick Shores is a mature, established neighborhood located on a peninsula between Chadwick Bay and Fullards Creek. With waterfront views on three sides, mature trees, and homes with a wide range of styles, it’s a community with character and a relaxed coastal feel.

Our neighborhood includes amenities for residents and guests, including a playground, picnic areas, and a waterfront park. Chadwick Shores is also conveniently located near the back gate of Camp Lejeune and the North Topsail Bridge, making it a great fit for residents with a connection to the area, including active-duty and retired service members and their families.

What the HOA Is (and Is Not)

The Chadwick Shores Homeowners Association exists to maintain the community’s common areas and support long-term property values through reasonable standards and responsible planning. The HOA is not a security or law enforcement entity, and it does not have the ability to “police” behavior or resolve neighbor-to-neighbor concerns.

Chadwick Shores is professionally managed by PMC, and most official HOA business, records, and homeowner requests are handled through the secure PMC Homeowners Portal

Why the HOA Focuses on Roads and Drainage

Because Chadwick Shores is a waterfront community with private roads, the HOA must prioritize infrastructure items such as drainage and road maintenance. These topics may not be exciting, but they are essential to protecting our homes during storms and ensuring safe access throughout the neighborhood.

Our roads are not state-maintained, which means the responsibility and cost of maintaining them belongs to the homeowners through the Association..

Community Communication

This website provides general information and directs homeowners to the PMC portal for official HOA business. The Board also maintains a separate email list to share community updates. Homeowners and renters may subscribe, and distribution lists are maintained separately for member homeowners and non-member homeowners/renters.

Volunteer Leadership

The HOA is led by a volunteer Board of Directors (see below). Homeowner involvement is important to the long-term success of the community, and residents interested in volunteering are encouraged to reach out.
