CHADWICK SHORES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

December 13, 2022

 

Call to Order @ 1:00 pm

Roll Call of Members

Trisha Smith, President

Milton Uzzell, Treasurer 

Allison Duvall

Matthew McCrary

Marianne Carter, Secretary

Rachel Carter, Communications Director 

Eric Corbett, East Coast Consolidated

 

 

The purpose of the meeting was to have Eric Corbett present the drainage plan for the 400 section of Chadwick Shores Drive to be conducted end of December/first week in January weather permitting. After discussion there was a unanimous vote to accept the proposal and proceed with the work.

 

Rachel Carter will email the community to notify them of the work.  Chris Manning will also notify the affected residents via email.  ECC has requested the dig safe lines to be painted by the end of this week

 

Second item of business was to review the landscape contract with East Coast Consolidated.  After discussion this was approved unanimously, and Trisha Smith will sign the contract and forward to ECC for acceptance.  

 

The HOA will review the invitation letter to the non-members requesting them to join and Premier will mail as soon as possible.  

 

The new officers of the HOA for 2023 are:  Trisha Smith, President, Marianne Carter, Vice-President, Allison Duvall, Secretary and Matthew McCrary and Milton Uzzell will serve as Co-Treasurers.  Matt’s primary role will be At Large Director.  

 

Allison will work with Rachel Carter to update the website, while Matt will lead a long-term planning study for the community with respect to future maintenance and goals.
