Can you park vehicles on the easement?

Can I post signs in my yard?

In general, signs are not permitted on HOA property or any private lot.  There are some exceptions to allow temporary signs related to building, selling, and renting property.  Please see the Homeowners page for more information.

What are the rules for using the parks?

Parks are open from one hour prior to sunrise and close one hour after sunset. No fires. No Fireworks or explosives. No Alcoholic beverages. No Illegal substances or activities.
