CSHOA Board Meetings are held monthly, with meetings being open to residents semi-annually. If you have items to discuss with the board, please submit the item for the HOA meeting agenda.

Annual Meetings are held at the Sneads Ferry Presbyterian Church. Located on Hwy 210 (776 NC-210, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460).
